It goes without saying that if you or anyone in your household has any symptoms it’d be best to reschedule your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment showing signs of symptoms to Covid-19 your appointment may have to be cancelled.

Hand sanitiser will be available when you arrive and after your appointment. This will be located in front of the styling mirror.

The chair and tools will be disinfected before your arrival and will be using disposable towels and gowns.

Your hair will be shampooed thoroughly before your cut, and gloves will be worn for consultations and shampooing.

The wearing of a face mask is optional, though this is subject to change depending on current government guidelines.

Payments can be made on our portable credit card / contactless card machine.

The use of our bathroom will be kept to a minimum so please plan accordingly. You are welcome to bring any small personal items with you such as a water bottle / tablet / book etc.

Appointment times will be extended as to leave plenty of time to prepare for your visit.
